Math•Science Teacher
Job Description
ANDYPREP is currently seeking enthusiastic and talented instructors to lead quantitative and science test prep courses for high school students. Instructors will lead 90-minute daily math and science classes for high school students
This position is mostly available during summer/winter SAT sessions
9 hours per day, 5 days per week. (No work on Saturdays & Sundays) No more than 6 hours of teaching each day Conduct Parent Conferences (usually via telephone, although in-person meetings are also feasible) Design academic curriculum and class syllabi
Qualifications
Strong quantitative and/or scientific background (engineering majors are welcome!) / Prior management and/or teaching experience preferred, but not required Enthusiasm for teaching and working with students
Average Class Size
· For small group study class : 3-5 students/class · For large lecturing class : 15-20 students/class

After full assumption of duties, the teacher will earn a salary of 3.0 to 3.5M KRW
Academic Director
Job Description
The academic director is to manage all the teachers and curriculum. The director will lead regular or irregular parent conference. The director will also spend up to half their working day teaching classes alongside the other teachers. The Process details include
Terms of Employment
A certain period of on the job training is MANDATORY. During this time, the applicant will work at the Andyprep where he/she will be familiarized with the institution and spend time teaching and trying their hand at the various tasks that they will be entrusted with after the training period
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited US university. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal comm- unication skills are necessary. Prior management and/or teaching experience is not necessary but preferred
Compensation
After full assumption of duties, a starting salary of 3.5 million KRW - 4.5 Million KRW. The number is negotiable depend- ing on applicant credentials and qualification
